Important: If a digital account is deleted, it will no longer be accessible using the phone number and password to log in. A customer may delete their account at any time. If they later decide they would once again like access to the XtraPOWER App, they will need to register an account using their phone number.
- Log into the XtraPOWER Mobile App
- On the navigation bar, click MORE
- Click DELETE DIGITAL ACCESS
- Review the information and tap DELETE DIGITAL ACCESS
- Review information, tap the circle next to CONFIRM DELETION, and tap DELETE DIGITAL ACCESS
- You will be automatically logged out and the digital account will no longer be available.
