The recipient of your money transfer may pick up the money at any PAYOMATIC store, or any other authorized Western Union agent location. The recipient will need to provide the following information: the Money Transfer Control Number (MTCN), name and address, amount of money expected to receive, the sender’s name, telephone number and the city/state from which the transfer is being sent. A valid government-issued ID with a photo (such as a driver’s license or passport) is required to pick up the money.
