How do I link my inPOWER card?

  1. Once your Registration is complete you will be taken to the Home Page where you can Link your new  inPOWER Prepaid Mastercard®
  2. Click on Link your new inPOWER Prepaid Mastercard®
  3. Enter the 16 digit number found on the front of your card. Only an active inPOWER Prepaid Mastercard® is eligible to be linked in App.
  4. Click CONNECT CARD and card will begin to link
  5. Once a correct 16-digit card number is entered the next page will ask you to:
    1. Note: Make sure you enter the CVV correctly. Repeated attempts at entering an incorrect CVV will lock the card for a period of time
    2. Enter the 3-digit CVV (security) code found on the back of your card
    3. Enter the Zip Code you provided when registering for the card in store
    4. Confirm your DOB
  6. Once you have entered all the information, click CONTINUE to complete linking of card. Card linking may take up to 1 minute. Please be patient.
    1. If any information is entered incorrectly you will be shown an error message and taken back to previous screen to re-enter the information.
    2. If there is an issue with linking the card you may see an error message. If this happens, click OK on the error message and try linking again. If you continue to have issues please contact Support at 516-496-4900 x1178, M-F 9-5PM.
  7. Once the card is linked you will be directed back to the home page. You will now have access to
    1. Check your card balance
    2. Review recent transactions
    3. Send a Direct Deposit form to your email
    4. Send Transaction Statements to your email
    5. Change your PIN
    6. And many more features!
